How to Heat Apply Leather Patch Onto a Hat?
Here is the easiest way how you can heat press your custom leather patch on the cap using Hotronix 360 IQ hat press.
- Load your hat on to the press, flip the sweatband out
- Position your leather patch
- Use the thin cover pad to heat apply
- Lock the press down
- Keep the top heat set for 280 degrees and the bottom 320 degrees
- It takes 20 to 30 seconds to heat apply
- As it is done, the press automatically opens
- Remove the cover pad, you’re done!
