Refund & Return Policy
At Patches Mania USA, all our products and services are customised according to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our work, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Policy (Custom Orders)
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom patches
- Custom Merch
- Custom Accesories
Once an order is approved, produced and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
2. Redo / Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction matters to us. If an issue occurs due to our error, we offer a redo or replacement, not a refund.
You may qualify for a free redo or replacement if:
- The patches were produced against the approved design
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The delivered product does not match the confirmed specifications
📌 Important:
Claims must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, along with clear photos or video proof.
3. What Is Not Eligible for Redo or Replacement
We are not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Customer-approved design errors
- Color variations due to screen or fabric differences
- Size differences within industry-acceptable tolerance
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Change of mind after order approval
4. Digital Services (Design & Digitising)
- Digital services are refundable only if delivered against the details provided.
- Minor revisions may be provided based on the original brief.
- New concepts, major changes, or redesigns may incur additional charges.
5. Shipping & Courier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by courier services (FedEx, DHL, or others).
- Once an order leaves our facility, delivery responsibility lies with the courier company.
- Customers must contact the courier directly using the provided tracking details.
6. Return Policy
- We do not accept physical returns of custom-made patches.
- Returns are only considered if explicitly approved in writing by Patches Mania USA.
