Digital Service
We provide digital printing services such as embroidery digitizing, screen printing vectorizing, customized DTF prints, and logo design.
Physical Products
For the physical, we manufacture customized patches globally, mainly in the United States. Our products also include business cards, clothing tags, hang tags, and customized labels for garments. Our merch products include custom-printed hoodies, lettermen jackets, leather/denim jackets, sweatshirts, etc.
Turned Around Time
We offer turnaround time inside the U.S. and worldwide, ranging from 6 business days to 4 weeks, depending on project details such as design size, patch type, backing, and quantity. These details ultimately decide a specific percentage of the full invoice as an additional cost for rush orders.
Since it always depends on requirements, it is not a preset but a customised offer.
We offer a 2-week standard turnaround time for any order with no additional cost for shipping. Any required order under ten business days is applicable for rush/expedited costs.

User Responsibilities
While filling out the ‘Get A Quote’ form, users must write all relevant information about patches and other stuff in the “Instructions” box.
Fabric
For embroidery work, we use cotton twill, woven/unwoven fusing as a base, and scrim felt. Please inform us of your choices before placing an order. Otherwise, our production has the right to use suitable material.
Colour/Thread Matching
Our experts use the best-matched threads for embroidery and printing on your artwork file. However, if you are sensitive to following the brand version of sheds, you are requested to pick your choices from the PDF file sent to you. Our colour chart includes a wide range of sheds to ensure your branding is exactly as you wish.
Payments and Refunds
We use PayPal to take payments for orders and refunds. It is one of the most secure and safe gateways. In case of disputes, we agree to use Paypal as the arbitrator, and upon providing historical details, we also agree to the final decision.
Any order with wrong specifications followed by Team Patches Mania will be re-done free of charge. We count email, text, and social media communications to trace back what you actually ordered. If found guilty, we do not take a moment to proceed with the same order once again. Change of mind is not applicable for refunds and re-dos.

Intellectual Property
Your ownership of the custom designs you send is completely yours. However, we can use your customized logos for marketing purposes or as examples to show specific features to new orders in terms of understanding the making or requirements.
If you do not want us to reveal your logos/designs, you can sign an NDA with us, and we will comply with the agreement.
Limitations of Liability
Digital proofs of designs/logos may sometimes vary from the outcome of patches regarding thread sheds. We use premium quality threads and colours with expert hands-on matching. However, we are not responsible for refunds or re-dos; you might find actual patches that are different.
Caurier Services/Shipping Sources
We use premium express services to deliver your parcel, such as DHL Express, FedEx, Skynet, UPS, etc. Given the due date in the invoice, verbally or settled as per pricing, we do not owe any responsibility outside our control, like delayed delivery by the courier services we use.
Proofs/Mock-Ups/Sampling
Every patch order follows a digital sample/proof/mockup or a machine-run sample. Once you approve any of it, we do not bear any responsibility you might see as a mismatch or different from your expectations.

Dispute Resolution
We accept payments via Paypal, hence we accept arbitration of Paypal to each order by default. We agree to settle disputes by Paypal vis seller protections.
